I posted about #The100DayProject a few weeks ago now, and I thought I’d show my progress so far. My plan was to do a bit of yoga each day, and that has mainly turned out into doing a few poses whilst setting my gopro on timelapse mode… I haven’t really done a ‘proper’ yoga session every day, but that’s okay. Doing the poses and getting a little stretched out each day/night is helping and it’s keeping my attention.
Here I’ve got the first 20 days. I’m impressed I’ve managed to keep it up this long!
I’m going to attempt to do some poses now that I’m really uncomfortable with because of my (lack of!) flexibility, like triangle, seated stretches, and basically anything that needs a flexible back or legs… I’m hoping that by the end of this 100 days I will see some improvement on these poses and be able to compare photos.
Also hoping to get to a class some time soon, but they’re always fully booked as soon as sign up is available at my gym! Need to figure out which day classes come out so I can get in there!
