Christmas is a time to relax. Right? Right. I don’t have much time off over the Christmas period due to working in a cinema, but for the days I do have off I really want to take a step away from the internet.
At the beginning of December I was like yes, Blogmas, yes I can do this. I had the first week’s posts written, photographed and scheduled. And then week two appeared. I’ve been writing/photographing pretty much daily for the past two weeks and it is hard. I wish I’d scheduled more in to be honest. That said, I like a challenge and I’m not one for giving up – which is why I’m still here. I have plenty of content to go out, problem is it’s all inside my head.
So once Christmas Eve comes I’ll be chilling in my pyjamas and not worrying about anything online or getting things done. Blogging is just so time-consuming, especially when you fail at managing your time well. A pretty little package can make anything seem better though… Isn’t that purple gorgeous?
I was so excited to have this Christmas inspired colouring book land on my doorstep, with thanks to Parragon! Just what I needed to add a little Christmassy relaxing cheer to my life. The book is filled with so many random designs, from Christmas trees, to baubles, to Santa, to presents, birds, reindeer etc. It’s actually really thick so there’s plenty to do inside. Well worth the retail price of £9.99. If you have kids, what’s £9.99 when you think of the hours and hours of quiet time it brings eh?
This colouring book would make the perfect present (just 6 days to go guys!) for any age of family or friends. I have a couple of younger cousins that may enjoy doing a bit of colouring in this book when they come to visit! I’ll be kind and share it…
