My Week #24

This week looks a little empty!

This morning I did some yoga and videoed it to see what I was doing and how I could improve… Well I’ve discovered that I always have my back bent! I need to straighten it out!

Today, as it’s father’s day, we went to my Grandads as a whole family. He had his 4 children, 12 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild and then all the partners/in-laws. It was a very full house! We had a lovely afternoon, and it was nice to be all together! Sadly my Grandad is very ill, so this could be the last father’s day for him. We wanted to make it special!
